As part of National Careers Week, we’re pleased to welcome several new colleagues to LBBC across our Mechanical Design and Field Service teams since the start of the new year. Investing in experienced professionals at every stage of their careers strengthens our capability and ensures we continue delivering high standards of support to our customers.

Expanding Our Mechanical Design Capability

We’ve recently welcomed Rhys Bargh, Stuart Laxton and Sam Ryder to our Mechanical Design team.

Rhys brings strong 3D and 2D design expertise and is already contributing across a range of customer projects. Stuart joins us on a six-month contract, offering more than 30 years’ industry experience to support several short-term programmes and Sam, a Mechanical Design Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing, adds a wealth of practical knowledge.

Together, their combined expertise strengthens our design capability and reinforces our commitment to delivering robust, high-quality engineering solutions.

Strengthening Our Field Service Team

We’re also pleased to welcome Steve Nichols and Julian Payn to our Field Service team.

Steve brings extensive experience across a range of industries, most recently in the servicing of 3D printing equipment. Having completed his initial induction, he is now attending customer sites alongside our engineers, supporting installation, servicing and ongoing maintenance activities.

Julian joins us following a long career in the mining industry in Australia. After completing his on-site induction, he is continuing his structured training to ensure he is fully equipped to support customers in the field.

By bringing together diverse industry experience and technical expertise, we continue to strengthen our teams and maintain the high standards our customers expect. We’re delighted to have everyone on board and look forward to the contribution they will make across the business at LBBC.
