The Howarths Foundation was established with a clear and compassionate mission: to help individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness find a way back into sustainable, meaningful employment. Through practical support, guidance, and close partnerships with local businesses, the foundation helps people rebuild their confidence, gain essential skills, and take that first crucial step toward stability and independence.
We’re especially pleased to continue our support of the Business Building Futures initiative — a programme run by the foundation that brings together like-minded companies committed to creating real opportunities for those in need of a second chance. The initiative has helped many individuals find long-term employment, offering not just jobs, but hope and dignity.
