Advancing Core Leaching Knowledge

Over the past year, our team has worked directly with customers on live engine blade trials, helping to build knowledge of the factors that influence ceramic core removal from turbine blades and vanes. This continued investment in research and development is helping strengthen LBBC’s position as a trusted industry expert in core leaching technology.
Technical Presentation by Andrew Smith
As part of the conference programme, Andrew Smith of LBBC will present Paper #13, “Techniques for Removing Variability from Core Leaching Processes,” on Tuesday 27 October at 12:40pm.
The presentation will explore practical approaches to improving process consistency and reducing variability in core removal operations. It will be of particular interest to engineers and manufacturers involved in core leaching, turbine blade production and investment casting process optimisation.
