Quality Assurance Policy

It is the policy of LBBC Technologies to supply products and services which achieve very high levels of customer satisfaction and to ensure its Quality Assurance (QA) system meets and continues to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 and relevant legal requirements. The Company’s QA objectives are to:

  • Ensure levels of re-work costs on projects are below 2% of the contract value
  • Grow the numbers of service contract customers by 2 per year
  • To achieve 98% of spares deliveries on time and in full
  • To work with suppliers to reduce ‘incorrect deliveries’ to below 10/month
  • To work in accordance with QA policy and procedures
