The company needs to constantly update its skill base and to ensure that there is succession planning in place for every role in the organisation. Reviews of skill gaps are constantly being undertaken from which training and recruitment strategies are developed.

We are a company who believe that employees must be trained to perform their role at on optimum level whilst challenging the way we work so that continuous improvements are always being considered.

The company has a long tradition of training, many employees have taken additional qualifications and moved into management roles in the company. This tradition continues today and we are keen to match individual’s skill sets and experience against our current and future requirements.
