LBBC’s Boilerclave® continues to lead the industry for autoclave dewaxing whilst the Core Leaching Autoclave remains the benchmark in efficient, safe and consistent ceramic core removal from investment castings.
Recent trends are an increasing demand of larger sized units of both the Boilerclave® and Core Leaching Autoclaves to accommodate the processing of larger molds and castings . The standard Boilerclave® range is up to a 6′ 6″ or 2m dia. and the largest Core Leaching Autoclave with a working envelope of up to 6’ deep and 3’ diameter.
LBBC Technologies continue to increase understanding and further develop the core leaching process. Areas that are being developed include the range of high temperature core leaching units suitable for removing cores with an increasing Alumina content in addition to looking at ways of further optimising the core removal process and reducing the operating costs.
LBBC’s service and spares team continue to play a key role in supporting the products by installing on site, providing training to operator and maintenance teams along with scheduled servicing to ensure continued safe, reliable and efficient operation of the equipment throughout its lifetime. The team have recently all been accredited with the UK’s Safecontractor status.
Howard Pickard, Managing Director said “We are very pleased to have achieved this accreditation as it now provides official recognition for our high safety standards and quality of workmanship. We intend to continue to work hard to maintain this certification and endeavour to achieve further accreditations relevant to the advanced engineering sectors we supply.”
We look forward to welcoming visitors to our booth and discussing their wax or core removal requirements.
